Senior Digital BA – Digital
5+ years of total BA experience.
Solid domain experience in banking, financial services, insurance domains
1 end-to-end application implementation experience as LBA/SBA.
Experience in programs involving multiple technology stack and integration context.
Experience in working with frontend applications and user journeys (eg. AEM, ReactJS etc.)
Experience in working with backend applications (case management, rules engine, content management etc.) and platforms (Pega, SendGrid etc.)
Robust technical stakeholder management skills.
Experience with BAU support projects, managing enhancement backlog, incidents, and platform requirements
Successful business transformation credentials.
5 years of work experience in international markets (Australia, Europe, or the US).
Experience with Agile delivery across organizations.

Exposure to handling multiple dotted-line stakeholders.
Background in process improvement.
