Endeavour Foundation is seeking a agile NDIS Services Team Lead to join our Brisbane team. Reporting to the Operations Manager of Client Services, you’ll lead a team of NDIS coordinators and rostering officers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality enabling services and robust client outcomes.

This full time hybrid role requires a tertiary qualification, NDIA experience, and proven leadership. You’ll coach staff, drive continuous improvement, and implement workforce and financial strategies
