Small cafe in Prahran looking for a reliable Barista/All round team member.
Daily duties include
prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks and other beverages, maintaining consistently high standards of quality
operate and maintain espresso machines and grinders, ensuring optimal performance
provide exceptional customer service, helping to create a positive café experience for patrons
maintain clean, hygienic and secure work areas
work efficiently during peak service times and manage high volumes of coffee orders
assist with managing stock levels by ordering and restocking coffee supplies as needed
handle customer transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
collaborate with the rest of the café team to ensure high standards of service are maintained.
Pay: $26.44 – $48.35 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
Experience
cafe: 1 year (Preferred)
