About the role

Phone Xperts Pty. Ltd. is a leading provider of mobile phone solutions and accessories. We are seeking a Hardware Technician to join our team in Warwick, Perth.

Your duties will include:
Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of electronic equipment, including laptops, tablets, iPads, and smartphones, with specialized expertise in Apple, Samsung, and other major brands.

Evaluate computer systems, hardware configurations, and software requirements to engineer effective technical solutions for complex system issues.

Provide rapid-response technical support to resolve client inquiries regarding hardware and software malfunctions through advanced troubleshooting.

Adjust existing programs to meet the needs of the user.
Introduce and download suitable software as per the requirements of the user.




Provide support to guarantee the users effective use of applications and equipment.
Install recent hardware, software and computer networks.
Repair and replace peripheral equipment such as network cables, displays and other device computer parts and accessories.

In return, you will receive:
Package: $80,000 - $82,000 per annum plus superannuation
Position: Full time (38 hours a week)
Ongoing support from our team

Requirements of position:
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
At least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of experience to substitute formal qualification
