Rare prospect to join a leading investment manager in a broad accounting role with exposure to transactions, complex structures and investment activity.

Working closely with both finance and investment professionals, you'll gain exposure to acquisitions, capital management, tax, treasury and complex investment entities while developing a deeper understanding of how investments are assessed, structured and managed.

This is not a traditional reporting-focused accounting role. Instead, you'll work close to the underlying investments and transactions, gaining exposure to commercially meaningful work rarely available in a typical accounting position.

The Role
Key responsibilities include:
Ownership of a portfolio of investment entities
Financial reporting and compliance obligations
Financial statements and tax reporting
Capital calls, distributions and treasury activities
Drawdowns and repayments
Exposure to acquisitions and new transactions
Reviewing legal and transaction documentation
Liaising with auditors and external advisers
Supporting structuring and transaction initiatives
Process and systems improvement

About You
We are interested in speaking with:




Fund or Investment Accountants
Property Funds or Asset Management professionals
Business Advisory or Business Services Accountants
Private Tax professionals seeking a first move into industry

You will ideally bring:
CA or CPA qualification
Strong technical accounting and/or tax capability
Experience with trusts, companies or complex structures
Strong stakeholder management skills
A genuine interest in investments and transactions
A proactive, commercially minded approach
