Programmed / PERSOLKELLY is seeking experienced Machine Operators for a busy food manufacturing site in Wetherill Park. Shifts are 12-hour, 6pm-6am, three days per week with potential changes based on demand; flexibility to work other shifts required.

You'll operate and monitor food machinery, perform GMP-compliant quality checks, and report any production or safety issues. The role suits mechanically minded, safety-focused individuals who can work autonomously and handle occasional manual
