About the role

EquipMe Pty Ltd is seeking a Casual Support Worker to join our team in the Perth Metro and North region. In this role, you will provide compassionate and tailored support to our aged and disabled clients, helping them maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives. As a casual employee, you will enjoy the flexibility to work hours that suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing
Assist clients with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Provide companionship and social support to combat loneliness and isolation
Facilitate recreational activities and outings to promote physical and mental wellbeing
Advocate for client needs and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare specialists
Ensure a safe and comfortable setting for all clients
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What we're looking for
Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or a similar caregiving role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise and build trusting relationships
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle a variety of client needs
Compassion, patience,



and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others
A current First Aid certificate and a valid driver's licence
