The Aussie Hotel is a much-loved local pub serving hearty pub classics, fresh homemade dishes, functions and events. With a busy summer period ahead, we’re looking for experienced Chefs to join the team on a casual basis.

About the role

You’ll work across busy lunch and dinner services, helping deliver consistent, quality food across our bistro and functions. This is a hands-on role suited to chefs who enjoy a fast-paced pub workplace and working as part of a team.

Looking for




Previous commercial kitchen experience
Trade qualifications are preferred
Valuable knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards
Ability to work across a adaptable roster, including weekends
Reliable, positive and able to work well within a team
Comfortable working in a busy service environment
