We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Architect with 12+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Playwright, contemporary test automation practices, CI/CD integration, and cloud-native applications. You will define the automation strategy, mentor engineering teams, and drive quality across multiple Agile delivery squads.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise test automation strategy across multiple digital transformation initiatives.
Establish automation standards, coding guidelines, and reusable framework components.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
Lead automation for Web UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
Design automation solutions for cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.




Review automation code, enforce best practices, and mentor QA Automation Engineers.
Drive test strategy, test planning, risk assessment, and automation coverage.
Evaluate and introduce up-to-date testing tools and AI-driven test automation practices.
Provide leadership in defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
5+ years of experience designing enterprise automation frameworks.
Expert-level experience with Playwright.
Experience with API automation using Playwright, REST Assured, or Postman.
Strong understanding of modern automation architecture and framework design.
Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments.
Hands-on experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Git-based version control.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
