About the role

We are looking for a friendly, skilled and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our growing team at Future Dental Centre. This is a part time position offering 2–3 days per week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities
Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service.
Managing appointments, phone calls and patient enquiries.
Processing payments, health fund claims and general administration.
Coordinating patient bookings and supporting the smooth daily operation of the practice.
Working collaboratively with our dentists and dental assistants.

About you
Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental practice (essential).
Previous dental reception experience is highly desirable.




Applicants with dental assisting experience will be given priority.
Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skills.
A friendly, reliable and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with dental practice management software is advantageous.
