Assistant Manager in Training | 3rd in Charge

Permanent Part-Time - 25 hours per week base

About the role

Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, the successful 3rd in Charge applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring full availability of products, and a high level of service to our customers.

Key responsibilities
Supporting the Department Manager with leading and coaching the team
Ensuring inventory management compliance and accurate stock levels
Merchandising
Generating rosters

About you
Food handling experience or fresh food retail knowledge
Exposure to supporting or leading a team
A positive 'can do' attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A commitment to work health and safety standards
Robust business acumen with an understanding of retail operations
