What You’ll Do: Client Meetings & On Road Activities
Lead regular Account Management appointments to build solid, trusted client relationships
Work closely with clients to resolve challenges, improve their experience, and unlock current opportunities
Conduct site inspections using the required templates and escalate any WHS concerns promptly




Reconnect with inactive or down trading clients and revitalise opportunities across your territory
Keep your CRM up to date with clear notes and follow up actions after every client interaction

Office Based Portfolio Management
Stay connected with your portfolio through daily phone and email communication, meeting call targets with confidence
Review performance reports to spot trends early and act proactively
Tackle invoice queries, claims, quotes and escalations quickly and professionally
Bring your insights and wins to weekly sales and account management meetings
Sourcing new business prospects through lead generation and cold calling

Skills & Experience:
Experience in account management, customer service or B2B client‑facing roles
Excellent communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills
High level of organisation and confidence managing multiple tasks
Comfortable working to targets and following structured processes
Valid driver’s licence and Full working rights
