Tennis Australia is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for Tennis World NSW in Sydney on a permanent, full time basis. The role covers afternoon shifts Tue–Sat 2-10pm and focuses on delivering exceptional front‑of‑house experiences in a vibrant tennis and hospitality setting.

You will lead FOH operations, monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and ensure seamless bookings and customer service across all touchpoints. Police and Working with Children checks may be required.
