We are seeking a motivated and professional Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with our existing clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining solid client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, resolving client concerns, and coordinating internally to ensure clients receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain strong, skilled relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and ensure their expectations are consistently met.
Develop opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate additional business.
Investigate issues and coordinate appropriate solutions with internal teams.
Follow up with clients to ensure matters are resolved satisfactorily.
Work closely with operations and allocation teams to meet client requirements.
Monitor account performance, customer activity and key account metrics.
Prepare regular updates and reports for management regarding account performance, client feedback and growth opportunities.

Skills & Experience




Minimum 1 year experience in sales, account management, client management or a similar role is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Confident negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
Professional, proactive and reliable approach to work.
Tech-savvy and confident using computer systems - preferred.

Experience within the construction, facilities management or related industries would be advantageous.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
