Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join a specialist governance practice in Australia. You will act as registered Company Secretary for a portfolio of listed and unlisted clients, working closely with boards and Chairs, and overseeing ASX and ASIC reporting.

This is a broad, wide-ranging role with responsibilities spanning governance risk, corporate transactions, board papers, notices of meeting and shareholder matters.
