Evolution Mining is seeking a Mining Engineer for Cowal Operations to translate mine plans into protected, productive production. You’ll work in close collaboration with operations, geology, survey and geotechnical teams on an 8:6 roster with 12‑hour shifts at Cowal.

You will develop short-term mine plans, influence site performance through stakeholder engagement, and support drill and blast design and scheduling while driving execution across the operation.
