About the role

An opportunity has become available within our Mobile Cranes division for a Support Administrator, providing admin support to the Project Manager & Allocator. You will need great organisation & communication skills, be able to adapt to changes quickly, work well under pressure and help to maintain & continue to build upon the key relationships with our clients.

Key responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Contractor Safety Management systems - eg. Hammertech
Prepare and upload the required paperwork and distribute of SWMS to client & contractors
Maintain vehicle files and fleet register
Distribute daily site documentation
Update & maintain personnel records via Assignar
Liaise with clients for confirmation of job and lift requirements and set up locations

Assist other personnel
Maintain Allocations board
Maintain service schedule and NHVR
Allocate personnel to jobs via Assignar
Setting up of new projects - Assignar & S: Drive
Company memo's & safety alerts

About you
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are required




Robust experience across the Microsoft Office suite of products
A proactive go-getter attitude, with the drive, initiative and determination to get things done
Self-motivated and driven to excel in the role, continually looking for ways to improve processes and contribute to the success of the team
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently and with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong, qualified relationships with clients and personnel
Highly organised, adaptable and able to prioritise competing demands
Ability to maintain a calm, level-headed and solutions-focused approach under pressure
