Key responsibilities:
Providing WHS advice and support to managers and employees
Conducting risk assessments, incident investigations and compliance activities
Supporting workers' compensation and injury management processes
Coordinating WHS reporting, audits and committee activities
Maintaining WHS records and ensuring legislative compliance
About you:
Demonstrated experience in a WHS-related role
Robust understanding of WHS legislation and best practice
Experience with workers' compensation and injury management highly regarded
Wellbeing experience desirable but not essential
Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
