Enoteca Lounge & Cucina is an Italian restaurant offering a range of food and beverage services in a professional hospitality setting. The business is currently seeking an experienced Cook to support the preparation and consistent delivery of menu items.

/n Key Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking a range of dishes in accordance with established recipes and menu requirements.

/n
Preparing ingredients and completing daily food preparation activities.

/n
Monitoring food quality, portioning and presentation standards.

/n
Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients used in food preparation.

/n
Operating kitchen equipment safely and correctly.

/n
Assisting with stock rotation, food storage and maintaining appropriate ingredient levels.

/n
Maintaining clean and organised food preparation areas, equipment and utensils.

/n
Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff to support efficient service.

/n




Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You /n

/n
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Cook or in a similar commercial kitchen role.

/n
Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.

/n
Experience working in a professional kitchen workplace.

/n
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.

/n
Strong organisational and time management skills.

/n
Positive communication and teamwork skills.

/n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to kitchen hygiene and food safety.

/n
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen workplace.
