Davis Dental is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our team in a Reception / Sterilisation role, with the opportunity to progress into dental assisting for the right person. We are a specialist dental practice with a outstanding team environment, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised and would love to be part of a busy but friendly practice.

Key responsibilities /n

/n
Front desk reception and welcoming patients

/n
Answering phones and managing appointments

/n
Processing patient payments and handling EFTPOS transactions

/n
Processing HICAPS claims

/n
Processing DVA claims and payments

/n
End-of-day settlement and balancing

/n
Sterilisation and maintaining infection control standards

/n
Assisting the team with the day-to-day running of the practice

/n

About you /n

/n
Previous reception/dental experience is preferred but not essential

/n
Experience with HICAPS, DVA,



payments and end-of-day reconciliation would be highly regarded

/n
Enjoys working with people

/n
Organised
