Job Description

Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Home Care Worker to support elderly clients in their own homes in the Eastern Suburbs on a permanent part time basis, Monday to Friday. This role focuses on practical care and enabling independence.

You will assist with chores, personal care and transportation, with adaptable schedule and a supportive, values-driven team culture. A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care is preferred, plus a current driving license and vehicle access.
