No two days are exactly the same.
You'll work across different areas of production and packaging, pick up new skills on a range of machines, and be part of a team that looks out for each other.What you'll be doingSupporting production across different areas of the factory floorOperating and assisting with machinery in various departmentsCarrying out manual handling tasksKeeping food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards high at all times (including BRC, HACCP, GMP and the Bread Solutions Food Safety Program)ABOUT YOUYou're reliable, motivated and enjoy being part of a team that gets things done.




You'll also bring:Experience in food manufacturingExperience working with live product such as dough or other active ingredientsThe ability to stay focused and work well in a fast-paced environmentA solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and QCP requirementsConfidence using iPads or other digital tools for data entryA willingness to follow instructions and support your teammatesThis is an active, physically demanding role.
