Job Description

Maraboon Motor Inn Emerald is seeking a friendly Casual Receptionist to welcome guests and deliver warm, productive service. You will manage reservations, inquiries, and check-ins, setting a positive tone for every stay.

Be the go-to for calls and emails, maintain accurate records, and support the Accommodation Manager with administrative tasks. Prior hotel/motel experience or PMS familiarity is preferred, with a calm and proactive approach to guest needs.
