Globalization Partners is seeking an HR Specialist to act as the in-country HR expert for ANZ, handling onboarding, lifecycle events, and compliant workforce management. This 1-year fixed-term contract covers Australia with regional APAC support as needed.

You will manage complex employee relations, liaise with payroll and HR legal advisors, and advise on contracts, perks, and mobility. Solid communication and HRIS skills are essential.
