Job Description

UKO is expanding and seeking an ambitious Part-Time Leasing Agent / Community Manager to drive the lease-up of our Dee Why community. You will generate local demand, convert enquiries into residents, and deliver an exceptional leasing experience in a co-living, Build-to-Rent setting.

This role offers versatile part time hours with real accountability for occupancy and conversion, end-to-end leasing from enquiry to move-in, and the chance to grow with Australia’s leading co-living operator.
