Job Description

GHD is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its APAC team, focusing on strategic engagement for complex, high-value infrastructure projects. The role involves reviewing, negotiating and drafting contracts, and providing guidance on legal issues to technical staff.

You will partner with Project Directors and Managers to support documentation, finalisation and execution of contracts, while advising on regulatory compliance and governance matters.
