Job Description

MRAEL is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Chef for the Australian Turf Club at Royal Randwick Racecourse. You’ll learn from qualified chefs in a busy kitchen, gaining hands-on experience while working full time and earning a wage.

Train toward the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, receive a full uniform and toolkit, and enjoy mentoring with six‑weekly check‑ins. Eligibility includes Australian permanent residency or NZ passport.
