Job Description

LEAP Support Services Tasmania is seeking an experienced Support Leader to guide in office teams across sites from Wynyard to Latrobe. You will deliver hands-on, person-centred support to participants and lead Support Workers to ensure protected, high-quality care.

This hands-on role requires robust communication, calm under pressure, and meticulous documentation, with the leadership team backing you as you model LEAP's values and coordinate plans, reports, and wellbeing across shifts.
