Job Description

The City of Whittlesea is seeking two part time Customer Service Officers to join our Corporate Customer Service Team. You will be the council’s first point of contact for residents, businesses and visitors, delivering qualified service across phone, face-to-face and written channels.

You will work in a quick-paced setting, handling enquiries at first contact where possible, supporting a growing community with accurate information and friendly, solution-focused interactions.
