About the Role

As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and producing high-quality meals in a large-scale commercial kitchen. Working to strict airline specifications and production schedules, you will play a key role in ensuring meals are delivered on time while maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook,



and assemble meals according to airline specifications
Follow standardised recipes and production schedules
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Portion, label, and package products accurately
Meet daily production targets and flight deadlines
Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety requirements
Maintain a clean and safe work workplace
Work effectively within a large production team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Trade qualification as a Chef (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment
Experience preparing Indian, Chinese/Asian, Western and Thai cuisine
Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Flexible availability across a rotating roster, including weekends
Full working rights in Australia
