Monday to Sunday Shifts
Afternoon shift (1:00pm onwards) or Evening shift (5:30pm to 1:30am)

THE POSITION
Provision of excellent customer service to internal and external clients
Food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches
Maintaining the service area to high standards
Be able to work unsupervised
Showcase excellent time management skills
Operate the espresso machine for fabulous coffee
Assist with food preparation and reheating.
Set-up, Serve and pack down catering function.
Maintain food safety, Hygiene & cleanliness standards.
Replenish food,



beverages and catering supplies.
Assist chef and the wider team.
Complete cleaning and general kitchen duties.

THE PERSON
Good communication skills with a team-first mentality
Outstanding work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi-task
Must be available Monday to Friday
Previous Catering Assistant experience preferred
Coffee-making skills are an added advantage
Be reliable, well-organized and full of passion for what you do
Have of be willing to obtain a National Police Check
