The role

At Crown Sydney, our people are at the heart of our success. We are currently seeking a passionate full time Commis Chef to join the renowned Nobu kitchen, delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

About you
Experience in Japanese cuisine – advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team workplace.
Solid organisational and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
Self-motivated and adaptable
Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.




Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent - desirable
