Job Description

Just Better Care Gippsland in Bairnsdale is seeking an In-Home Care Support Worker to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. All shifts start at a minimum of 2 hours, with longer shifts available based on participant needs.

The role covers aged care and disability clients, with duties including personal care, domestic tasks, social support, meal preparation and transport to appointments.
