We now have an exciting opportunity for a System Analyst to join our team in Kesar Roadways Pty Ltd on a permanent, full time basis. We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, adaptable, and confident working with both technical teams and business stakeholders to turn needs into clear, deliverable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:-.
Analyse user and business requirements and configure systems to meet organisational needs.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, security policies and group policies.
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot servers, networks and system software.
Install, test and implement hardware and software upgrades and system improvements.
Configure and maintain network infrastructure, in-house servers and cloud-based systems.
Monitor system and network performance and resolve technical issues using remote and on-site support.
Maintain regular data backup procedures and ensure data security and integrity.
Document system configurations, maintenance activities, incidents and operational procedures.
Prepare technical manuals and user documentation for system operations.
Maintain IT hardware, network equipment and software inventory records.




Perform routine network start-up, shutdown, maintenance and monitoring procedures.
Provide emergency technical support and troubleshoot system and network failures.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

·A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

·At least 1 year of experience in a Systems Analyst similar role.

·Solid stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

·A structured approach to problem-solving, documentation, and prioritisation.

·A positive, collaborative attitude and the confidence to ask questions and seek clarity when needed.

·The ability to work in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and perform well under pressure.

·Flexibility to work beyond standard business hours when required (e.g., project cutovers, urgent changes, client needs).

Annual Salary: AUD $80,000.00 to AUD $ 90,000.00
