Job Description

Southern Cross Community Healthcare seeks a Disability Support Worker to assist a 43-year-old man with a Traumatic Brain Injury in Wollongong to remain living independently at home. You will be supported by qualified healthcare specialists and receive training to deliver high-quality care.

Role requires relevant certifications, a driver’s licence with a vehicle, and mandatory checks (NDIS, First Aid, WWC).
