The standard is always high.We expect you to:Show up on timeWork hardTake pride in your workMaintain high standards every dayIf you cut corners or need to be chased, you won't last here.WHAT THE JOB INVOLVESDepending on your role, work includes:Cleaning newly built homes and commercial projects after trades finishInterior and exterior window cleaning including frames, tracks and glass surfacesRemoving construction debris, stickers, paint and residue from glassDetailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors and windowsPreparing sites for final handoverPhysical work including scrubbing, bending, crouching and working in tight spacesWorking as part of a structured, high-performing team across multiple sitesREQUIREMENTSFull working rights in Australia (non-negotiable)Driver licence and your own vehiclePhysically fit and comfortable with hands-on workAvailable Monday to Friday (6:30am – 3:30pm)Minimum 20 hours available weeklyConstruction cleaning or window cleaning experience preferredWhite Card preferred (or willing to obtain)Preferably living within 1 hour the city centre
