The Little Hungarian Restaurant – Caulfield VICAs FOH Supervisor at The Little Hungarian Restaurant, you'll be responsible for opening and setting up the restaurant, coordinating the front of house team and making sure customers receive friendly, efficient service throughout the evening.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who is confident on the floor, has strong hospitality experience and enjoys leading a team while still being involved in the day‐to‐day running of the restaurant.
You'll play an significant role in looking after long‐established regular customers and helping maximise the restaurant's tables and overall service.Key responsibilitiesOpen the restaurant at 4:00pm as a keyholder and complete daily opening proceduresSet up the restaurant and FOH for evening tradeCoordinate and supervise FOH staff throughout serviceAllocate tables and manage table rotations to maximise the restaurant's capacity and profitabilityLook after loyal and long‐established regular clienteleMaintain a strong and confident presence on the restaurant floorTrain and support FOH staff to maintain high service standardsManage FOH staff rosters and assist with staff schedulingHandle tills,
