You'll support participants with complex needs to live fulfilling lives — whether at home or out in the community.What You'll Be DoingProvide personal care with dignity and respectSafely perform manual handling tasksSupport daily routines, recreation, and skill-building activitiesAdminister medication and monitor wellbeingWork as part of a purpose-driven, compassionate teamWork 1:1 with participants in the communityUse your own vehicle (with reimbursement)Be available for a mix of short and long shifts across weekdays, evenings,
