We are seeking an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our growing team.About the RoleThis is a sales operations role, which is the engine room of our business.
Working closely with the Sales and Administration teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing and management of vehicle stock, registrations, and documentation from vehicle arrival through to customer delivery.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating registrations and transfers, processing sales documentation and ensuring our vehicle stock information remains accurate and up to date.Key ResponsibilitiesManage new and used vehicle stock from arrival through to deliveryProcess vehicle registrations and transfers through VicRoads in line with compliance requirementsMaintain accurate registration records and manage number plate inventoryProcess vehicle sales paperwork and documentationComplete accurate data entry and maintain vehicle recordsMaintain accurate stock information within the dealership's DMSLiaise with internal departments,
