As the first point of contact for our guests,



you will play a key role in shaping memorable first impressions and representing one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands.Key responsibilities:Act as the lead point of contact for all visitors and incoming enquiriesDeliver a premium first impression, both in person and over the phoneOversee the day-to-day flow and presentation of receptionCoordinate and maintain customer records and databasesLiaise professionally with customers, suppliers, and couriersManage stationery, supplies, and front-of-house organisationMaintain immaculate presentation across reception and guest lounge areasHandle incoming/outgoing mail and dealership communicationsProvide proactive support to administration and management teamsIdentify opportunities to improve the overall customer experienceAbout you:You are a confident and polished qualified who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused workplace and takes pride in owning your space.Proven experience in a reception or front-of-house role (dealership experience highly regarded)Robust ability to take initiative and manage priorities independentlyExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalism and personal presentationStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsComfortable working in a high-volume environmentA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
