An exciting opportunity to join a energetic specialist medical practice, we are looking for motivated Medical Administrators to join our Paediatric cardiology practice.We are looking for people with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our administration team.
The successful candidate/s will support our medical practitoners provding highly specialist paediatric and paediatric cardiac care at our practice in Westmead as well as helping co-ordinate some offsite and remote work.
The roles will be offered part time with the opportunity to review and extend in the future.Minimum 1-2 years of medical administration experience is required for senior positions.The role will involve:General medical administration,



the booking of patients and organisation of daily clinicsLiaising with other medical practices and hospital servicesMeeting and greeting familiesWorking as part of our teamSkills and Experience we are seeking:Previous medical administrative experience is essentialA dynamic individual who is pro-active and a problem solverA team player, who has a positive contribution to our close knit teamExceptional interpersonel and communication skills with a genuine commitment to providing excellence in care and empathetic customer serviceAn ability to multitask and with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in their workComputer skills and previous experience with practice management systems is particularly valued.The role will require a working with children check.Remuneration based on experience.
