As part of the Long Chim kitchen brigade, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Executing consistently high standards in fried dishes and snacks, especially using the deep fryer Maintaining a clean and organised fry section during busy service Supporting the broader kitchen team while learning the intricacies of Thai cooking Understanding and respecting dietary needs across the menu Staying calm,
