This role is vital to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring every customer receives the skilled service we're known for.What You'll Be DoingAnswering incoming calls and being the first point of contact for customersBooking jobs into our scheduling system with accuracy and efficiencyDispatching and coordinating technicians to jobs throughout the dayManaging emails, correspondence,



and general office administrationSupporting the operations team to ensure jobs are completed on timeBuilding strong customer relationships through excellent communicationWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service (trade industry experience a bonus)Strong phone manner and excellent communication skillsGood computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling/dispatch software)Someone organised, punctual, and reliable with strong attention to detailAbility to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA positive team player who wants to contribute to the success of the businessWhy Join Ready?
