About the RoleAs a Community Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy services to clients in their homes, Residential Aged Care's and community settings.You will manage a varied caseload across:Aged Care (Home Care Package clients)NDIS participantsDVA clientsPrivate clientsKey responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualised treatment plans, supporting mobility and functional independence,
