As Store Supervisor, you'll play a key role in launching the store and shaping our culture, service standards and customer experience from day one.You'll help build, train and develop a new team while overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
Working closely with the management team, you'll take ownership, solve problems and make decisions with confidence, while helping the business grow.We're looking for someone who understands thatgreat hospitality starts with a great team- a hands-on leader who communicates clearly, leads by example and genuinely enjoys developing people.Key responsibilitiesLead, motivate and support the SUPERLUPO front-of-house teamProvide ongoing training and developmentEnsure team members understand service standards, products and proceduresAllocate daily tasks and ensure the team is organised and prepared for serviceProvide regular feedback and support team developmentLead by example and help create a positive, respectful and supportive team cultureDeliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standardsBuild positive relationships with customers and create a welcoming environmentConfidently manage customer enquiries,
