Handle lost property following company procedures.Room Preparation & Presentation: Ensure rooms and equipment are cleaned to brand standards, make beds, and replenish room supplies.
Report maintenance needs promptly.Common Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.Customer Service: Communicate with guests professionally and maintain confidentiality.Adherence to Standards: Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
Conduct room inspections regularly.Stock Management:



Ensure adequate stock of linens and cleaning supplies.
Report any defects to the General Manager.Budget Management: Control housekeeping expenditures and optimize room cleaning times.Team Management: Plan work schedules, train staff, and foster a positive team environment.
