We are looking for a creative, energetic and digitally savvy
Marketing Executive
to join our pre-opening team and help bring our new hotel to life.
Part time fixed term contract (Nov to Mar ****)
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the journey before the doors even open.
Working closely with the Sales & Marketing team, you will help build the hotel's brand presence, create excitement in the market and develop engaging content that introduces our hotel, experiences and people to future guests and the local community.
What you'll do
Support the development and delivery of the hotel's
pre-opening marketing plan and launch activity
Create engaging content for
social media, digital channels, websites, email campaigns and marketing collateral
Help build the hotel's social media presence and grow an engaged audience ahead of opening
Coordinate photography, videography, content shoots and other creative assets
Showcase the hotel's rooms, restaurants and bars, events, experiences and people through compelling storytelling
Support PR, media, influencer and partnership activity to generate awareness and excitement
Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure marketing activity is delivered on time and on brand
Assist with hotel launch events, activations, promotions and community engagement
Keep hotel websites, digital listings and marketing platforms accurate and up to date
Monitor campaign and social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach
Build strong relationships across the hotel, working closely with Sales, Food & Beverage, Events and Operations




Bring new ideas to the table and help us find creative ways to make our hotel stand out in the market
What we're looking for
You don't need to have done a hotel opening before.
We're looking for someone who is
creative, organised, curious and excited by the prospect to build something new
.
You'll ideally bring:
You must have full working rights in Australia
Experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or social media
Strong content creation and copywriting skills
Confidence using social media and digital channels
A good eye for design, photography and visual storytelling
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
A collaborative approach and willingness to get involved across the business
An understanding of hospitality, travel, lifestyle, food and beverage or events would be an advantage
A proactive mindset and plenty of ideas
