OverviewWe are looking for an Accountant to join our Private Business & Family Advisory team.
In this role, you'll work closely with a diverse range of clients and be part of a dynamic, collaborative team.
You'll receive mentorship opportunities and will deliver a variety of taxation, financial, and business advisory services.
This position is ideal for an experienced accountant with a strong background in business services, eager to advance their career while working with a sophisticated client base.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and be integral to complex accounting and taxation engagementsBe a regular point of contact for your clients, ensuring consistency in exceptional client serviceCollaborating as part of a team and working with Managers and Partners towards client successQualificationsDegree and working towards CA/CPA qualificationExperience as an Accountant in a business advisory environmentAbility to understand client needs and exhibit a high level of client serviceExperience with preparing GST, FBT and payroll tax returnsExperience with most aspects of accounting and tax compliance, including preparation of financial statements, tax reconciliations, income tax returns and tax effect accounting for companies, trusts and tax consolidated groupsAbility to use, navigate and troubleshoot common client accounting software packages (e.g. MYOB and Xero),
