Johnson's Trucks has proudly served the region for over 40 years, and we're looking for our next Parts Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This isn't a role where you'll sit behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, enjoys building relationships, and isn't afraid to get out and meet customers face-to-face.
Truck industry experience is not essential.
We'll teach you the products.
What we can't teach is enthusiasm, work ethic, and a genuine desire to help customers while growing sales.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Parts Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for growing our parts business and building robust relationships with customers throughout the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
Actively selling truck and trailer parts to new and existing customers
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Visiting customers and understanding their businesses and requirements
Identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share
Following up quotes and sales opportunities
Working closely with our parts and service teams
Assisting customers with parts enquiries and solutions
Developing new business opportunities throughout the region
Achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
Representing Johnson's Trucks professionally within the industry
