You will lead membership, grassroots and education programs, working with Marketing, CRM, digital, partnerships and events to deliver engaging experiences year-round.You will develop data-driven fan growth strategies, manage in office activities, and nurture relationships with clubs, schools and partner organisations to maximise audience reach and loyalty.
